DESCRIPTION:Are you an instructor who works with a graduate teaching assistant (or a team of TAs)? Then join us! In this interactive session\, you will learn about how to create a productive\, collaborative relationship with your TAs by discussing practical strategies for clear communication\, defined roles and expectations\, and intentional mentorship and guidance.  \nUsing a simple before-during-after framework\, the session will highlight what you can do at each stage of a semester to maintain a strong working partnership with TAs.
