Instructors can participate in various TIIP initiatives such as workshops, series, communities of practice, community reads, course and design institutes, fellowship programs, forums, pathway programs. They can also request individual consultations on teaching, support for the scholarship of teaching and learning, and formative (non-evaluative) classroom observations of teaching. Instructors may also engage with various digital resources produced by TIIP on the website and other outlets. TIIP can also support departments and programs in their teaching initiatives.
