Faiza Shaik is a Student Pedagogical Partner Fellow at the Institute for Teaching, Innovation, and Inclusive Pedagogy at Rutgers University. In this role, she conducts classroom observations and provides feedback to professors. Additionally, Faiza co-creates resources with TIIP staff. Faiza is a freshman at Rutgers University-New Brunswick, majoring in pharmacy at the Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy. Outside of work and school, Faiza enjoys scrapbooking, hosting, and making dishes for friends and family.
