Nitya Vaidya is a Student Pedagogical Partner Fellow at the Institute for Teaching, Innovation, and Inclusive Pedagogy at Rutgers University. As part of this role, she collaborates with faculty through classroom observations and offers constructive feedback to enhance teaching practices. She also co-develops resources with TIIP staff and contributes to a multi-site research study on effective pedagogy. Nitya is currently a sophomore at Rutgers University–New Brunswick, double majoring in Finance and Accounting. When she’s not working or studying, you’ll find her swimming, painting, playing volleyball, or spending time with friends.
