Rija Azeem is a Student Pedagogical Partner Fellow at the Institute for Teaching, Innovation, and Inclusive Pedagogy at Rutgers University. In this role, she conducts classroom observations and provides feedback to professors. Additionally, Rija co-creates resources with TIIP staff. Rija is a freshman at Rutgers University-New Brunswick, majoring in cell biology and neuroscience. Outside of work and school, Rija enjoys painting, singing, and playing guitar.
