Celina Deflorimonte

Celina Deflorimonte is the Administrative Coordinator of the Institute for Teaching, Innovation, and Inclusive Pedagogy at Rutgers University. In this role, she coordinates and supports various projects and initiatives, including scheduling and logistics for events and workshops across multiple campuses. Celina manages communications for the Institute and oversees the development and distribution of the bi-weekly Teaching Newsletter. With a strong focus on inclusive practices, she also assists with analyzing data to support program objectives and annual reporting. Celina is committed to contributing to a positive educational environment and values collaboration within her team. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, and binge-watching her favorite TV shows.
