Culturally Responsive Course Design and Teaching Strategies

In this interactive workshop, facilitated by University Online Education Services, participants will delve into the principles of culturally responsive course design and teaching strategies. Participants will learn actionable strategies for incorporating students’ cultural backgrounds as assets in the classroom and engage in critical self-reflection on how their own positionality influences their role as instructors. This session aims to provide educators with the tools to create inclusive, impactful learning environments, in alignment with Competency 1 standards.
