Kyle Endick is a Student Pedagogical Partner Fellow at the Institute for Teaching, Innovation, and Inclusive Pedagogy at Rutgers University. In this role, Kyle helps conduct classroom observations and provide feedback to professors. Additionally, Kyle contributes to a multi-site research study on effective teaching and co-creates resources with TIIP staff. Kyle is a sophomore at Rutgers University – New Brunswick, majoring in Biological Sciences with a minor in Psychology. Outside of school, Kyle likes to go to the movies, watch podcasts, and play volleyball.
