Samantha “Sam” Luxmikanthan is the Graduate Student Research Assistant for the Institute for Teaching, Innovation, and Inclusive Pedagogy (TIIP) at Rutgers University. In this role, they will support research on teaching and learning by conducting literature reviews, assisting with study design, managing and analyzing data, and helping report findings. They are a PhD student at Rutgers Social Work School, with research interests in LGBTQ+ health equity and racial justice. Outside of research and work, Sam enjoys finding new restaurants to eat at and visiting cute gift shops.
