Welcome, Fall 2026 Faculty Career Fellows!

We are thrilled to welcome the third cohort of Faculty Career Fellows!

Jointly developed by Career Exploration and Success and TIIP, this fellowship helps faculty make the connection between academic learning and career readiness more visible to students.

Through workshops, communities of practice, self-paced learning, and a culminating project, fellows will explore ways to integrate the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) Career Readiness Competencies into their courses. Their work will help students recognize, reflect on, and communicate the valuable skills they develop through their academic experiences.

Congratulations to the newest Faculty Career Fellows! We look forward to seeing the impact of your work this semester.
