2nd Annual 2025 Regional Retreat for Non-Tenure Track Faculty

We’re excited to share that Dr. Tracie Addy, Director of the Institute for Teaching, Innovation, and Inclusive Pedagogy at Rutgers University–New Brunswick, will be the keynote speaker at the second annual Regional Retreat for Non-Tenure Track Faculty, taking place at Temple University’s Main Campus in Philadelphia, PA.

Organized by the Mid-Atlantic Teaching Faculty Alliance, this free, one-day retreat builds on the success of last year’s inaugural event at Rutgers–Camden. The retreat offers space for connection, reflection, and shared learning around career growth, advocacy, and community-building for non-tenure track faculty.
