Ella Freydman is a Student Pedagogical Partner Fellow at the Institute for Teaching, Innovation, and Inclusive Pedagogy at Rutgers University. In this role, she conducts classroom observations and provides feedback to professors. Additionally, Ella co-creates resources with TIIP staff. Ella is a senior at Rutgers University-New Brunswick with a double major in Political Science and Economics and a minor in Critical Intelligence Studies. Outside of work and school, Ella enjoys film and literature.
