Joaquin Flores is a Student Pedagogical Partner Fellow at the Institute for Teaching, Innovation, and Inclusive Pedagogy at Rutgers University. In this role, they conduct classroom observations and provide feedback to professors. Additionally, Joaquin contributes to a multi-site research study on effective teaching and co-creates resources with TIIP staff. Joaquin is a junior at Rutgers University-New Brunswick projected to complete a joint-major in History-Political Science and a Minor in Environmental Studies. Outside of work and school, Joaquin enjoys spending time with friends and family, cooking, and listening to podcasts.
