TIIP is thrilled to introduce the inaugural cohort of Student Experience Project Faculty Fellows at Rutgers University–New Brunswick!

The Student Experience Project (SEP) is a research-based national initiative aimed at supporting student success through creating welcoming environments.

Our inaugural cohort will spend the 2026-2027 academic year engaging with student feedback to encourage connections and belonging while promoting academic engagement and growth. This year’s cohort was selected through a nomination process, recognizing faculty who are committed to enhancing the student experience through intentional teaching practices.

We are incredibly proud to bring this project to Rutgers to support teaching and learning, and we look forward to sharing the impact of our new fellows. Stay tuned for updates as this program unfolds!
