Student Success Monthly Workshop Series: Navigating Difficult Conversations – Tools for Supporting Dialogue

Has it been difficult to lead or engage in conversations with students? Join The Student Success Committee for a series of interactive activities focused on difficult conversations and perspective-taking. Each presenter will provide faculty and staff with strategies to navigate conversations that support student voices so they feel empowered to speak comfortably when viewpoints do not align. Participants will also identify techniques for calming and grounding and practice deep listening.
