Meet the First-Ever Faculty Career Fellows

Last week, TIIP teamed up with Rutgers Career Exploration and Success (CES) to launch a dynamic new initiative: the Faculty Career Fellows.

Our inaugural cohort, pictured above, will spend the coming months integrating essential career readiness competencies directly into their syllabi, assessments, and assignments. Through this immersive experience, faculty participants will expand their teaching practice by engaging in communities of practice, in-person workshops, and a culminating project. Ultimately, this work is intended to strengthen the connections among academics, students, and employers by demonstrating exactly how classroom learning translates into high-value workplace skills.

We are incredibly excited to announce this cohort and look forward to the innovative projects that will emerge from this partnership.

Congratulations to our inaugural Faculty Career Fellows!
