About

The Student Experience Project (SEP) is a research-based national initiative aimed at supporting student success through creating welcoming environments.

Fellows will spend the academic year engaging with student feedback to encourage connections and belonging while promoting academic engagement and growth.

We are incredibly proud to bring this project to Rutgers to support teaching and learning, and we look forward to sharing the impact of our new fellows. Stay tuned for updates as this program unfolds!
