The Experiential Learning Fellowship (ELF) brings together Rutgers University–New Brunswick instructors committed to expanding career-connected, high-impact learning opportunities for students. This fall’s cohort will focus on community-engaged teaching and explore how meaningful community partnerships can be integrated into students’ learning experiences.
Throughout the semester, fellows will reflect on their teaching, develop new approaches, and exchange insights with colleagues across disciplines. Their work will help strengthen a campus culture in which students can connect classroom learning with real-world experiences.
Funded by the Lumina Foundation, ELF is led by the Office of Experiential Learning, in partnership with Career Exploration and Success, the Innovation, Design, & Entrepreneurship Academy, the Collaborative Center for Community Engagement, the Office of Undergraduate Education, and the Institute for Teaching, Innovation, and Inclusive Pedagogy.
