Active Learning 101 (Online Courses) – Virtual

Teaching in the online environment means working with a new toolbox in order to help students achieve your learning goals. This 90-minute workshop, led by University Online Education Services (UOES), will focus on key considerations to keep in mind when planning active learning experiences online. Attendees will explore practical strategies to make optimal use of synchronous and asynchronous time, various tools available for each approach, and best practices for using these tools effectively to support student learning.
