Building an Effective Partnership with TAs

Are you an instructor who works with a graduate teaching assistant (or a team of TAs)? Then join us! In this interactive session, you will learn about how to create a productive, collaborative relationship with your TAs by discussing practical strategies for clear communication, defined roles and expectations, and intentional mentorship and guidance. 

Using a simple before-during-after framework, the session will highlight what you can do at each stage of a semester to maintain a strong working partnership with TAs. You will leave with concrete approaches you can implement in your own course context.
