Having confidence in your abilities as an instructor is a key component for successful teaching and for feeling comfortable in the classroom or virtual classroom. In this session, we discuss strategies for boosting your teaching self-efficacy: for example, through preparation, student interaction, peer observation, affirmation, and more. This session is part of the Improving Your Teaching Skills certificate program for graduate students and postdocs.
