In this interactive session, you’ll explore how to select the most effective media for your course, plan successful video projects through thoughtful pre-production, and apply instructional design principles that improve engagement, accessibility, and learning outcomes. You’ll also learn best practices for collaborating with a media production team and gain tips for creating polished, authentic course videos that connect with students.
Interactive Activity: Participants will use Adobe Express to record a short video or audio reflection, allowing them to experience an easy-to-use media creation tool firsthand. This hands-on exercise will demonstrate how faculty can quickly create engaging instructional content, introductions, announcements, or student-facing messages that can be incorporated directly into their online courses.
