TIIP’s Teaching and Generative AI Pathways Program supports Rutgers University-New Brunswick instructors in developing their knowledge and practice around GenAI in teaching. Instructors complete four milestones by attending live virtual or in-person sessions:
- Foundational Knowledge – Learning about the tools and their limitations and opportunities in learning environments
- Implementation – Designing or redesigning an assignment in the face of GenAI
- Assessment of Impact – Understanding how an assignment revision influences student learning
- Ongoing Learning – Continuing engagement in professional development on teaching and GenAI
Instructors can register for sessions as they’re offered, then submit reflections through a Canvas site to document milestone completion. See the full list of instructors who have completed a milestone on our milestone honorees webpage.
