Role Overview:
Rutgers Institute for Teaching, Innovation, and Inclusive Pedagogy (TIIP) is seeking undergraduate students to join a fellowship program focused on supporting instruction across campus. Student Pedagogical Partners will collaborate directly with instructors to observe classes and provide feedback, while working with TIIP staff to co-create learning resources.
What to expect:
- Participate in regular training and check-in sessions
- Conduct classroom observations and share feedback
- Partner with instructors and contribute to resource development
- Work approximately 3–7 hours per week during the Fall 2026 semester (with potential to continue)
