The Science of Teaching and Learning: What’s Different in Large Classes
October 16 @ 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Overview
We’ve all learned a lot about the philosophy and techniques of teaching. But does the size of the class matter? When standing in front of 200-300+ students, we quickly discover that what worked in a seminar of 25 isn’t working here! Crystal Quillen, Assistant Director at TIIP, will lead this unique workshop: The Science of Teaching and Learning, What’s Different in Large Classes? Special tips and strategies included!
This workshop is a gathering of the Innovative Practice in Large Courses Community. This community of practice meets every other Friday at 3:00 pm, via Zoom.
